Business Minutes on Feb. 10

1. We will hold an in-house contest on Feb. 24 to select our representative for Spring International Contest. TM Ichiki and TM Hidaka will participate in this exciting event. 
So, the 24th meeting will be a bit irregular one. We will have Table Topic Session and an in-house contest half-and-half.
Hey everyone, let's cheer both contestants at this wonderful event!


2. Our Facebook page has opened to the public. https://www.facebook.com/groups/284265171633723/  Please enjoy the communication and get friendly with members.
TM Sakamoto and TM Hamdan, both of whom are living in Fukui Pref. and in Germany, have joined the group and enjoyed renewing our old friendship!

The 56th Meeting Business Session

I am pleased to inform you of the business session of the 56th regular meeting held on Aug 26th, 2011.

1. Attendees: 12 members and no guests

2. The next meeting is to be held on Sep 9th, 2011.
This meeting is the in-house contest for Area
Evaluation Contest on October 1 at Kitakyushu TMC!　

3. All of QUT members have to access the Easy-Speak website to confirm your attendance and roles for the next meeting, and oncoming  meetings as far as you can.
Be sure to input your attendance at least.  Every volunteer for roles such as your prepared speech is always welcomed.
